PERMIT DRAWINGS

These drawings are more technical and geared towards permit review and construction. We spend the time required up front to develop custom details for each builder, based on their preferences so that each project is drawn to their specifications. Each set will include details which explain how the deck or porch is to be built from the foundation up to the roof. Builders submit these drawings for review by the permit department and use these same drawings for their crews to follow during construction.
